Frequently Asked Questions

1. Authenticity & Deadstock (Rare Trainers)

Q: Are your trainers authentic? A: Absolutely. We offer a 100% Authenticity Guarantee. Every pair of rare and deadstock trainers goes through a rigorous verification process by our team of experts before being listed. We inspect stitching, materials, tags, and packaging to ensure you are getting the real deal.

Q: What does "Deadstock" (DS) mean? A: In our shop, "Deadstock" means the trainers are brand new, unworn, and factory-laced, complete with the original box and packaging. They are in the exact condition they were in when they left the retail store.

Q: Do the trainers come with the original box? A: Yes. Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description (e.g., "damaged box"), all deadstock items come with their original box and accessories.

Q: Why do prices change for different sizes of the same shoe? A: Prices for rare trainers are dictated by the secondary market (supply and demand). Some sizes are rarer or more in demand than others, which can result in a higher market price for that specific size.

2. Custom Trainers

Q: How durable is the paint on custom trainers? A: We use professional-grade leather paints and finishers designed specifically for footwear. The artwork is water-resistant, crack-resistant, and built to withstand normal casual wear. However, like any artwork, they should be treated with care.

Q: Can I wear my customs in the rain? A: Yes, the finisher acts as a sealant against moisture. However, we recommend avoiding heavy storms, mud, or harsh terrain to keep the artwork looking pristine for as long as possible.

Q: Is the price of the base shoe included in the custom price? A: Yes. The price listed includes the cost of the brand-new base shoe (e.g., Nike Air Force 1) plus the design work. You do not need to send us shoes unless we have discussed a specific "mail-in" service.

Q: How long does a custom order take to ship? A: Since these are hand-painted/crafted to order, please allow [Insert Time, e.g., 2-4 weeks] for production. This does not include shipping time. We refuse to rush the process to ensure the highest quality finish.

Q: Can I return custom trainers? A: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, all custom sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom work unless there is a structural defect with the sneaker itself upon arrival.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take? A:

  • Deadstock/In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Dispatched immediately after the design work is completed (typically 2-4 weeks). Once dispatched, standard shipping takes [Insert Days] days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred upon arrival in their country.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number? A: Yes. As soon as your order is packed and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. Sizing & Care

Q: How do I know which size to order? A: Fit can vary by brand (e.g., Yeezys often run small, while Air Force 1s run true to size). We recommend ordering your standard size for that specific brand. If you are unsure, please contact us before buying.

Q: How should I clean my custom trainers? A: Never put custom trainers in the washing machine. Clean them gently by hand using warm water, a mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid using acetone, alcohol, or harsh chemicals on the painted areas.
